My instructional design methods have evolved from through curriculum development ranging from Bridgeport homeless women, Africa youth (under a UNESCO grant) to US high school curriculum development for robotics, wood shop and automotive classes.

Key interests are in transformation for trauma and poverty. In addition faculty training and mentoring.
